Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
Returns
Because Water for Your Pipe is a consumable product, we cannot accept returns of opened or used bottles.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and details about the issue. We will review the problem and work with you to make it right.
Unopened products may be eligible for return. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions.
